Return Policies
We founded Ambrosia Juicery LLC with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable Juice/Smoothie experience. Should you have an unsatisfactory experience with your order, we cannot accept returns because items are perishable. What we can do is resend the same item(s) of equal or less value. Alternatively we can offer reimbursement of the valued amount in the form of a gift card. Please contact us with 24 hours of receiving your order if there are any issues.
Shipping
Each product is created then immediately frozen. Next we pack the order into a insulated box/packing to keep the contents cold. When placing your order, please plan to be home to receive your delivery. Your order should then be immediately frozen. Your order should not be left unattended for more than 12 hours upon delivery. Please allow 2-3 days for order to ship. We do not ship on weekends.
Partial Defrosting
Environmental factors plays a role while products are in transit. In some cases your order may arrive partially defrosted. This is perfectly fine/normal and not a cause for concern. Simply store the contents in the freezer until you are ready to consume.
Defrosting for consumption
All products will arrive frozen within an insulated shipping kit. Products will remain frozen for up to 48 from shipment date. Store products in freezer upon receiving. Products will have a shelf (fridge) life of 3-5 days once thawed. It is recommended to consume products within 48 hours after defrosting.
